1. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
2. How to Return
- Email us at returns@eulignera.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number.
- We will send you a return authorization and the return address.
- Pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the product to the address provided. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Conditions for Return
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- All wooden tiles, accessories, mounting hardware, and instructions must be included.
- Natural variations in wood grain and color are not grounds for return, as these are inherent properties of natural materials.
- Products that have been installed on a wall or modified cannot be returned, unless defective.
4. Exemptions
The following products are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., custom country selections, custom sizes not listed on the Website).
- Products that have been assembled or installed.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
6. Defective Products
If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs at our expense. Products are also covered by a 2-year legal warranty under EU law.
